This may sound corny, but it’s true: Senior Partners was born because Barbara Scurry wanted to experience that “warm and fuzzy” feeling in her day every day.
You know that feeling – the one that warms your heart when you’ve helped someone and truly made a difference in their life.
The company’s mission is to bring peace of mind and provide personalized home “inbox” management services to senior citizens who struggle with managing their daily life and money matters.
While doing sales and business development in nursing homes and marketing for a Continuing Care Retirement Community and a private-duty home care company, she developed a passion for working with senior citizens. In 2011, she combined that passion and her ability to organize chaos and started Senior Partners (formerly The Money Moxie).
Barbara has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Spanish from Middle Tennessee State University (Go Blue Raiders!) and enjoys ballroom dancing and paper crafting in her spare time.
She lives and runs the company in Norcross, Georgia but also lives part-time in Charleston, South Carolina with her husband Darryl.
